Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Teacher and Task, we specialize in delivering high‑quality educational services and digital products directly to you. Because the vast majority of our offerings are virtual, you’ll benefit from near‑instant delivery via email, shared drives, or repository access. For any optional printed materials or physical items, please review the physical shipping terms below.
1. Digital Delivery
All standard services—including recorded lessons, live online classes, assignments, code artifacts, and learning resources—are delivered digitally. We employ secure, reliable channels to ensure you receive your materials promptly:
- Virtual Meetings: Live lessons or consultations take place on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or your preferred platform. You will receive the meeting link at least 24 hours in advance.
- Email Delivery: Completed assignments, study guides, slide decks, and other documents are emailed as attachments in PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or other formats as requested.
- Shared Drives: For large video files, datasets, or multimedia content, we provide access to secure Google Drive or Dropbox folders with personalized permissions.
- Version Control: Code artifacts, scripts, and software projects are hosted in private GitHub or GitLab repositories. You will be granted collaborator access or provided a secure clone URL.
- File Formats & Compatibility: Unless otherwise specified, digital deliverables are provided in industry‑standard formats. If you require alternative formats (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, Markdown, HTML export), please notify us at the time of order.
- Delivery Timeline: Once your order is complete—typically within the agreed project timeframe—you will receive a digital delivery notification via email with all necessary links or attachments.
2. Physical Materials (Optional)
On occasion, we may offer printed manuals, workbooks, or branded merchandise. If you choose to purchase these optional physical items, the following shipping terms apply:
- Order Processing: We process physical material orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Domestic Shipping (India):
- Shipping Method: Standard courier (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
- Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days from dispatch
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- International Shipping:
- Shipping Method: Express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx)
- Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch
- Customs & Duties: Any import duties, tariffs, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Tracking & Notifications: Once your physical shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear in the courier’s system.
- Delayed or Lost Shipments: Teacher and Task is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by external shipping partners. If an item is lost in transit, please contact us and the courier within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist with the claims process.
3. Changes & Corrections
If you have any questions or discover an issue with your digital or physical delivery, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the materials. We will:
- Verify the issue and provide corrected files or links without additional cost for digital products.
- Assist with re‑dispatching physical items if they arrive damaged or incorrect (subject to courier availability and shipping fees).
4. Refunds & Returns
Because digital products can be instantly duplicated, we generally do not offer refunds once delivery notifications are sent. However:
- Digital Delivery Errors: If you do not receive your digital files or links, we will resend them promptly at no cost.
- Physical Returns: Physical materials may be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Once returned, we will issue a refund for the item cost within 10 business days.
