  1. Log in to your Teacher and Task account and navigate to My Services or My Orders.
  2. Select the relevant lesson or assignment and click Cancel/Request Refund.
  3. Alternatively, email our support team at support@teacherandtask.com with your order ID, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.
  4. Provide any required documentation or feedback, particularly for refund eligibility under the 15‑day feedback window for assignments.

7. Feedback & Revisions

For Assignment Orders, clients have 15 days from the Handover date to submit feedback or revision requests. Failure to provide feedback within this timeframe voids any refund eligibility. Revision requests are addressed per our Revision Policy.
